I'm still baffled at how the Sharks have maintained such a great cap position while signing all of their cor eteam except for Marleau, who will get 3-5 mil, Stuart who will get 2-3.5, and Marco Sturm, who will probably get 2.5-3.5. Gettint Nabby for 3.63 mil was great for Wilson, just wanted to know if anyone has any elads into who the sharks are thinking of adding from the FA market. They are in a great position to sign anyone at almost any price, but they're also not a superstar type team; they play better being led by mostly almost elite players like Marleau, Stuart, Sturm and Nabby, then having some great clutch players back them up. Selanne didn't work out, neither did Belfour, so my question is, what next? Serious leads or just blatant rumormongering are both accepted...

I thought I heard one of Bondra or Selanne may go there, but I could be mis-informed. I think they have a good thing going nad may be better off continuing to build from within.

Rathje is a huge loss and should not be overlooked. This guy did so much for them and is truly one of the unsung heroes in the league.
