JR Boucicaut 3803 Report post Posted September 16, 2005 Iron the corners down with the tip of the iron, then once secure, flip the jersey over and iron it from the inside. The polyester will melt a little if you use high heat - and it's noticeable. Then go ahead and cross-stitch along the edges. Or just take it somewhere where they have a heat press.
