CaptainFalcon15 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2005 Alright so the SL i have finally broke...in the blade...and of course i want to turn it into a shaft. I think i have found the line where you cut, but is it a tapered or regular blade that fits in? A_Steeves12 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2005 that line in the circle in the 1st pic is the fuse point, cut about 2 inches above it.
CaptainFalcon15 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2005 And if i do that, a regular or tapered blade will fit in?also will i lose length on the stick?
cobrAA 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2005 it always the same...do it safety...cut lower ..and if it not good..cut a bit more...that way you will be SAFE...and have the longest shaft possible...by the way...without beeing a expert...easton OPS cut to fit tapered blade at always at the nevel of the second or third line before the E..i'M not sure but i think that is... Shagel 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2005 I actually just did this... listen to cobrAA start cutting at the fuse point intill you can hammer out the filling and then it should fit a tapered blade... my sl grip eventually ended up finishing at the last shoosh thing
