Hi-Ho Silver II include extra 80mm wheels?

Some old threads mentioned hearing that the Hi-Ho Silver IIs included extra 80mm wheels to replace the rear 78mms to get to a HiLo setup? Can anyone confirm this?

I purchased a closeout pair, and didnt get the box or an extra pair of wheels, so wondering if I should ask. Also wondering if they come with a "fancy" Nike allen key and/or bearing tool.
