Code 1 Damage

During my game the other night, and I'm not sure how exactly it happened, but the side decal of "Code 1" somehow got partially torn off. It looks like someone came along and used a razor or something and just cut out 3/4 of the logo. It looks like this side logo is just one piece sewn into place. So I'm thinking a little rip formed and then got torn further and took most of the logo with it.

Would this kind of damage be covered under warranty? The skates are not even a month old. The damage is more aesthetic and does not affect performance. I've put some krazy glue on the area and it seems to be holding in place but I know the first time that area gets hit, it's just gonna pop off again.
