Replacing Vapor XXX runner

When you replace a vapor xxx skate runner, how much torque do you apply to that little nut that holds the blade. It seems like you can keep tightening it forever if you are heavy handed.

When it initially grabs...keep in mind that the holder is plastic so yes, you can keep turning it. I don't use too much torque and when i feel it grab, I stop.
