Nhl Center Ice?

Recommended Posts

I have it. During the regular season and the first round of the playoffs, its great. Now there are fewer games so it doesn't really matter anymore, unless you absolutely hate ABC/ESPN. However, during the playoffs, I haven't been able to get a good feed from CBC.

I love it but I end up watching nothing but hockey all winter.

I know how you feel. I started off only watching Leafs and Wings games, but then I was on to Canucks and Bruins games. Soon enough, I was watching at least a game a night, regardless of who was playing.

I got it this year for the first time, let me tell you it does not help in regards to your studies. :)

I love it watching CBC made me feel like I was at home again.

Had it for the past two years, so that I could get Preds games over here in North Carolina and for HNIC. But I'll probably not be able to keep it when I go to college this fall.

I like it, Im a flames fan (live in Calgary) and a Bruins fan I usta get 1 bostom game a week from the Boston area channel but they stoped doing that so my only way to get bruins games were to watch CBC when they played the leafs ect, or on TSN, but with center ice i get to watch almost all the games.

thing that pisses me off is outa 82 games about 8-10 will be blacked out. so some times i can catch em on sportsnet, but offten SOL, also when the flames have there PPV thingy they want me to pay an additional 17.99 to order the damn thing. But all in all its a good packadge minus a few ergs. if you a hockey fan its well worth it even if ur not home to watch all the time (like myself) i split the cost with my dad this year worked out to be abotu 115 bucks a peice (CDN) so the price of going to one flames game, and I have all the hockey i could ever handle.

Ty,

(I also have BELL EXPRESSVU) Im not sure how much more money it is on liek the dish network, or rogers cable, I think Bell started it so I think it is cheaper for mine then some of the other systems.

I always get the earlybird package as well, you get a month of the hockey mag (name sliped my mind) and liek 35 bucks off or somthing.

I'd say go for it. It has great value, you will never be board of no-hockey. You can tape games too if you aren't home, and will be the next day. Plus, before the season starts, Comcast usually gives away a free NHL game.

There's usually a couple of free weeks a year, if you have a dish or box and can get it. It's not advertised though so you usually see the last couple of days.
