Pant Shell Question

I currently have a Tackla 951 Advantage in a size 52 (91 cm). My question is, is ther any way i could put a shell on the pant, be it adding buttons or something? anyway at all and would I need a custom shell because its black right now & I want to change it to blue because I play for a Blue team.
