Shoulder Pad Alterations

I have a pair of Graf 705 shoulder pads, but the shoulder caps, in my opinion, just look kind of large to me, it might be because the pads are a little big on me, but can you think of anything to do about this? I'm a fan of the low profile shoulder caps, I don't know if there are pads I could cut out or anything like that. Thanks.

Smaller caps can be sewn on. It's something you can do if you are proficient at sewing, otherwise take it to a specialized LHS or a seamstress/shoe repairman.
