how do you tape your stick?

for my response i just have a nob about 1 inch and go tape it about to the s on tps

and for the blade i ripe white tape in half and tape the blade about 3 quarters of the way and for my e-flex i do the same as the response for the nob but i just use black tape for the blade and i dont rip it in half
