spartansniper 0 Report post Posted May 4, 2004 ive never used any innovative products nor have i even seen any. thinking about trying one, but i had a couple of questions. First im not asking which is better, but just wondering what peoples comments are about each the novius and the 1100, Just the pros/cons of each, I could care less how many goals you scored with each one lol. Second, the mogilny and hull curves look identical, and also like iginla's is that correct? also the federov looks like it is a lot more curve than a modano on the site, but you all would know better than me. Thanx in advance
ambro 0 Report post Posted May 4, 2004 Fedorov is barely any more curve than Modano, but there is more. Not noticable play-wise at all. I would take the 1100 fused over the Novius Fused any day. The 1100 just had a more solid feel and better kick IMO. Not a harder kick, but better somehow. It was also much more accurate.
Fire0nIce228 1 Report post Posted May 4, 2004 The Federov is like the ModanoThe Mogilny is like SakicI've never used a 1100 so I cant comment on that stick, however I love my fused Novius. My favorite OPS or Blade/Shaft combo by far. Durable as heck and has great performance as well. However, people with a real heavy shot have some torque/twisting issues with it, but I dont. Just something to consider.
LegoDoom 0 Report post Posted May 4, 2004 The curves are a lot different. The Fedorov is basically a Modano clone. The Hull is a mid-toe, very little rocker on the bottom, angled toe, and just slightly open.I personally like the 1100 more than the Novius. It's more consistent and accurate on just about all of my shots. You can't really go wrong with either stick, IMO.EDIT: Sorry, I thought you were comparing the Feds with the Hull. The Mogilny is a small mid/mid-heel. A lot less curve than the Hull. The lies are similar, but the Mogilny has more rocker on the bottom.

Not to highjack the thread but i was thinking going with a tapered stick too my synergy just broke. But i hear a lot of good comment on inno 1100 fused. Is there a curve that come close to the one and only great curve (yea yea) Yzerman? LegoDoom 0 Report post Posted May 4, 2004 The McCarty is probably the closest to the Yzerman. It's a pretty big hook.
Fire0nIce228 1 Report post Posted May 4, 2004 I also have a question, 300 flex inno and 340 flex is said to only be the difference of 80 and 75 flex on the Easton scale. Is that little amount of flex really that noticeable or no? I want to get/try out a 300 flex Inno, I have a 260 but want to try a flexier one. I havent really seen any 300's anywhere and since they have 340's for relativly cheap, would I notice a big difference.

Whip 0 Report post Posted May 4, 2004 Now I am trying to decide, what to get, Inno 1100 tapered or Inno 1100 regular, after reading the 2 reviews regarding the tapered the shooting aspect really didnt seem all that great, has anyone tried the reuglar non tapered 1100 and would like to comment on it? I thought ppl really liked the inno 1100 for its added kick to ur shot but so far i dont kno which shaft has that specail added kick.
LegoDoom 0 Report post Posted May 4, 2004 I find the tapered has a pretty good kick as a shaft and an OPS.
