Vapor XX Skates Weight

I came from 7000s and really like the XXs but have had a hard time adjusting to the light weight--feels like I am "running" on the ice instead of really getting a thrust at times. I've thought about switching the runner to a normal Tuuk to add some weight back on. Any suggestions ?

Try going to public skates with them on, then when you go to a practice/game with all your equipment on it'll be heavier. It's worth a try.

for those who have had their vapor xx for a while - did you find that you had to had length to the shaft of your stick, because of the increased height of the light speed holders or is it something you adjust to in time? I just got my vapor xx's and my stick feels a little short now.
