its a tad more open. I swith between modano, tkachuk (new), and elias blades and I don't feel any real difference. They are all the same lie and essentially the same curve. I like the hossa the most though for whatever reason.

This is probably an imperfect way to do it, but I was lining a 7500 Hossa up against a Synthesis Modano the other day while waiting for a sharpening, and the lie on the Hossa looked lower to me.

The published lie of the Hossa is higher at 6, but I've never actually tried one, so I dunno...

Bauer is wrong with it's lie. It's identical in every way (the composites anyway). Woodies always seem to vary.
