skate sizeing

I have size 9.5 easton skates. Are the sizes the same for all other brands or different? Like if I want ccm skates, do i ask for size 9.5? I also have t'blades, so maybe it would be easier to just ask for skates that fit a 280 size t'blade?

no there not the same. Theres a sizing chart on hockeygiant.com, but I dont think its correct for all sizes. Easton is a little bigger than Bauer, which I dnot know how that compares to CCM.

asking to fit 280 t blade wont work, cause 280 t blade fit a couple different sizes of skate.

They are not all standard size as FireOnIce said. And if you ask for 280mm, skates also have different size holders for different brands and skate sizes.

CCM and Easton are fairly similar in length, Bauer is usually half a size up from them. The widths vary greatly
