When do you typically change the steel runners on your skates?

it depends, some people like a year, when the blades very down to the bottom, however, i like a lot of blade and just in general want to keep it close to factory level, so like once every 2-3 months for me

? i'm wearing a ccm externo 60 skate ( 9E ) with E blalde holder...its written 280r on the hoolder...so wat is the size or option if i wanna get a new runner..

Just go to your LHS, they should have replacement runners, size 280.

Thanks nizzle for your input. I'm looking into changing the runnner on my skates. I've had my skates for over two years.
