Ipod Help please!

Okay I went to redeem my ipod music card and I put in the 16-digit code and it says it already redeemed!!! Why cant I download music or see my money in the top right conor of itunes??? Can any1 help me???

well if you scratched the code of the back and entered it and you get that message, well then you've been screwed. Maybe the store never set it up, or maybe someone beat you to it, brother/sister?

that is an iTunes problem, not an iPod problem
