Nice feeling gloves

Recommended Posts

Just for the record I charge $10 for a first time sharpening and $30 to bake. The thing is a lot of people expect it for free. I've offered breaks to some customers but never to a single customer who asks me if I know how much they spent there or asks "do you know who I am?" Those customers are generally the ones that end up costing you more than you make off of them.

Agreed :D

same here we charge 10 for first skate or a skate thats been sharpened but is heavily rusted just because a heavily rusted skate is just like a new skate. and 30 for heating and 50 for stretching. the only customer i hate is the one who comes to me to size them up and give them the best service then say theyll think about it and come back with a skate they bought online after i spent 30-40mins with them finding the right boot for there foot. those customers are gutless

anyways, back on topic

i was just getting new steel on my skates and i was looking at the gloves and i tried on a pair of Vapour V. i know these arent even their top line glove, but WOW. they felt so nice i didnt want to take them off. the palm was so thin it was like they had been worn for 5 years! i just couldnt belive it. why cant all gloves feel like that?

I know how you feel.

I am a proud user of the V's. I play college hockey and never hear the end of it (players with Eagles and XXX's who bitch about how my gloves suck because I didnt spend $130 on them), but I use what is comfortable.
