I just purchased a TPS Omega wood blade (Nash curve) for my TPS Red Lite shaft. When I inserted the blade it did not fit properly, as I could move the blade with my hand even after the glue cooled. Is this common or just a defective blade?

Put a piece of tape over the tip of the tenon before you insert it into the shaft. Either that tenon is a little small or the bottom of your shaft has stretched out of shape.

had the same problem with the bauer 4000s

you could do either what chadd did or alternately use a hunk of glue. I usually got too lazy to do that so I usually just let it loose.
