I'm 5'3'' 120 and use a junior flex. B) I'd like to try stiffer, but I'm afraid that once I cut down an intermediate it'll be TOO stiff.

what? no 80 flexers like myself?

hull custom 80 > all

I just voted 110 flex.

I may be 5'7" and 145-150 lbs, but I prefer NO noodly feeling at all when I pass, snap, etc. I've traditionally used 100-110 though, and learned how to shoot a puck and let my wrists and body weight do the work. for some reason my snap shots and wrist shots seem sloppy when I use 85 or so.

Here is a little question:

I just got my first composite stick (05 Z-Bubble grip 100 flex with Z-Carbon Sicore SR). I'm 20, 6'2, 187lbs and I do have some strenght from gym. Now, first experience on the ice was that the thing felt like a toy after woodies. I mean it's light and I can deke much better and all, but when I tried slapper it was very whippy. I was almost sure I would snap it like a twig from the Focus Flex point (in blade) because it flexed so much. So both blade and shaft flexed very much, and I was afraid to take hard slappers because I didn't want to break it already. Do you think I need 110 flex or better blade? I know stick is supposed to flex to get the hard shots, but this felt too much compared to woodies I had earlier. What should I do?

im 5 ft 9, 147 pounds and i use a 75, could probably use a 85 but i dont like the thinkness of seniors, i get good shots all round with it.

*COUGH*COUGH* :D

Hehe im 6ft 1in and 210 lbs and i use a 102 flex (Easton 100 basically) tapered shaft and blade.

Thanks for backing me up there :) well anyway im now using my stealth 65 and stealths are meant to be whippier than they say because of the thin shaft walls but i quite like it

im 5'2" and 88 lbs (super skinny), pee wee AA. well wadya expect, i be a vegetarian. looking to get a backup for some ccm v110 junior flex(?) and i think its 57 inches. if yer around my height, is it possible to use a long end plug with a junior, or would it be better to go intermediate. im probably gonna want a 65 flex tapered shaft blade combo if im gonna go intermediate. how exactly would one my height go with a junior stick? is it just different companies lengths er something? im not a "rough n' tough" strong dude either.
