Baking Skates....

I got some Easton Ultra lights and on a tag that came with the skates it says *For best results remove foot beads and bake in a convection oven for 4 min. at 200 degrees?...Is a convection oven just a normal houshold oven you cook in at home like a stove top model or is a convection oven considered a skate bake oven?...It is just kinda vague, it dosent say what your suppose to do after you bake them how long your suppose to wear them afterwards or if your suppose to bake them take them out and lace them up tight/loose whatever?....Kinda stumped here anyone have any recomendations?...Thanks

Convection ovens circulate heated air. A typical home oven is not a convection oven.
