graf skate question

I finally got some but when I put them on, one of the little bolt-type things that hold the cobras on is elevated enough to the point where it hurts my foot. how do i combate that so it doesn't hurt?

I have been wearing Grafs for the last 6 years and I have never heard of this problem. Your best bet would be to take them back to the store where you bought them for repair. The mounts should not be causing any discomfort.

Edit: btw, where did you buy your skates?

If talking about the rivets that connect the holders to your skates, then the best thing to do is to have your LHS re-rivet them. Until then, you can use thicker insoles, or put a small piece of foam over it.

Graf has a number of different RMS screw lengths. Take it back to your LHS and they should be able to put a shorter length screw in.

Have you tried tightening the bolts? Graf recoments that it is done every few months. If they are loose, they can stick out.

Did you buy them new or used? Because if used they might of reversed the screws that go in front(shorter) with the ones if the rear(longer)
