Mission inlines from 2002-2003

So I'm bored and I need help from you guys piecing stuff together.

In 2000, I bought a pair of Wicked lights. That's when they still had V, VS, VSI, Wicked lite.

Same for 2001, Just with Vibe.

In 2002, What was the top skate? The Type M? I saw pictures of it, and saw that the retail was rediculously high, like $600. Did anyone actually have those? What was below that skate? The RPm? What was below that, and that?

In 2003, there was the D series right? D1, D2, D3...then what? Was that the year they had D limited's? Or was that 2004?

I know in 2004 they had D1C, D2C, etc.

Help fill me in!
