Has anyone used these and had good results? I read that pros use them and like them to gain speed and agility. Im thinking about picking up a pair.

problem is they can give improper form when they are off. if possible, buy a small parachute and do 2 laps with it atrtached to your pants, you'll feel that in your legs and wind
