I'm going to buy my first set of replacement runners tonight or tomorrow.

My T'Blades cam with 13-M-280's - What is the difference with different runners, like the 15, 11, or 9... I don't quite understand what the changes will do...

And how can I tell if I should be a S, M, or L???

The first number would be the hollow

9 = 3/8

11 = 1/2

13 = 5/8

15 = 3/4

S, M, L would be the radius size.
