ITech Fogging

I have an older itech shield. On the inside of the shield there was a thin film of plastic which i thought was a scratch guard, i peeled it off and now my shield fogs like crazy(obviously it was a fog reducer or something). I looked on Itech's site and it doesnt' look like they sell anything like it. Does anyone know where I can get something like this?

if you cant get it get some rainx anti-fogger and apply it before you go on the ice

mine is constantly fogging so i took mine off and put my cage back on.
