Would this work?

I did it to a 2001 Z Carb, used a heat gun, and the curve held up amazingly, too bad it broke at the Focus Flex before I could see it break at the blade.

Wel I bought it. I'm going to do a little experiment with this thing and put the issue to rest. When this thing arrives I'm going to put a Synthesis blade in it and heat the whole setup (blade and clamp) in the oven at gradually increasing temperatures until the blade holds the curve. Then I'm going to go out and shoot the H@#$ out of it and see how long it takes to break. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what temperature to start at?? I'm thinking 160 for 15 minutes. I suppose I'll have to wait until an evening when my wife is not home incase it stinks up the house!!!

I curved my Easton synthesis blade. I just used a torch gradually heating it. Im still using it to this day, and I beat the crap out of it. I've been using it for about 4 months now three times a week... It's still fine. Hacked to S#$& but working fine...
