Is there a skate similar to the Mission S500? I'm looking for skates that are less stiff. My current skates are Vapor 15s.

Are you looking for a Mission skate that is less stiff? If that's the case, look at the S400s. They are less stiff and most places have the on clearance.

Graf 707 offers a lot of flex.

I'm not aware of any skate that offers the same stiffness around the foot while leaving the upper ankle area softer.
