shute 4 Report post Posted February 21, 2006 nice vid thanks! i also live in B.C and was lucky enough to be old enough at the time to really understand what i was seeing. i am and was an oilers fan at the time but i still ended up getting bure t-shirts(couldn't afford the jersey cause i was in grade school at the time). srv2miker 0 Report post Posted March 4, 2006 Man, that takes me way back. Playing roller hockey as a kid I never got to "call 'Bure'"; the good player from across the street did. But I always called "Gino", because I figured that was close enough :P Its weird the things you remember watching a clip like that. I can vividly recall being at a Canucks game with my uncle and looking into my package of M+M's and wondering why they were all crushed; until I realised that everytime Bure touched the puck he did something incredible, and it caused me to clench my fists in excitement.
