im 5'4 120 lbs should i use a 75 flex shaft or will an 85 flex shaft be ok and if the 85 is too stiff will it make my shot any better or make me any stronger?

If the 85 is too stiff, the only thing that will happen is your shot will suffer.

trust me im a lil shorter than you an 85 flex wont help your shot you have to be able to flex it for instance i love my 65 flex synergy st grip but with my 75 flex my shot is not as good as with the 65 if you like it stiff go ahead

I'm 5'4 135 and I use a 75 (though cut down 2" so maybe an 81). 75 is probably best for you.

if you like it a bit whippier its pretty good

that kind of flex will help your shot alot
