Recommended Posts

at my game yesterday i started to fall backwards which i normall never do

so after the game i was checking out my skates and i noticed that the tendon gaurd on both skates was broken

when u move them back and forth u hear this clicking sound kinda like plastic on plastic

i think it takes away from bak support and was wondering whether any of u guys had this problem and whether im eliggible for warranty

Reaper...Dont know where you bought the skates from...But I know Epuck.com has a return deal that works like this with warrenty replacements:

1. Call them up tell them what happened and that they are under warrenty and you want a warrenty replacement.

2. They have a quick way you can do returns by ordering a second pair of the same skates(they charge your credit card) wait till you get the new pair and then send the skates you want replaced back to them, and they will handle the warrenty replacement issue by sending it back to Mission for you.

3. When the warrenty goes through(it should take a couple weeks) they will credit the money for the skates back to your credit card.

Thats the quickest way to do it and still not be without any skates...Like I said I dont know where you bought the skates from, so I dont know if they have this same kinda return deal but I wouldnt see why they wouldnt considering it isent costing them anything and they arent loseing any money on skates or giving a free pair away cause Mission is paying them back the money to put back on your card for the skates.

Good deal...ask for Damon he is really good and will take care of it fast...Really anyone there is good though....Glad that works out for ya...Your right though Epuck.com IMO is the best place to deal with online, always helpful folks, pretty good deals, and FAST...Good luck

On a side note, you'll have to pick up the tab for the shipping, but getting your skates replaced and not having to do without any should be worth it for ya...lol

Mine have been like that too, but im not going to send them back unless they get real bad. The past two years i've sent back both D2c's and HE750's only to get equivalent next year skates.
