Neck protector II

I have a smaller golie neckguard that I wear sometimes if I know I'll only be playing D and ... I'm having bad premontitions.

But yeah the idea of having blood sloshing out of your head/neck is not a comforting thought. I was standing next to my goalie once when I guy somehow landed on my head and slit my ear off, right through the muffs. Thankfully Doc was behind the bench and had it stitched back on before the next shift. But I lost a lot of blood and it was really kinda scary. The only thing I changed was I took off my muffs. My league doesn't require them and I figured that if they didn't help me anyways, might as well be able to hear better. Maybe just hearing what's happening around me will help prevent more accidents.
