whats the best off ice training puck/ball

there is an outdoor roller hockey rink at my school gym that i can use anytime i want. what would be the best thing to use on that surface? its pretty smooth. i was thinking of getting these pucks here

Get both the fly plus the phat. They work as a trio.

i have smartball and flypuck and they both work really well. I use smartball indoors and flypuck in my garage and ever since i've been using them I've noticed an improvement in my stickhandling.

I like the smart hockey ball. Works great on the linoleum floor in my kitchen :D

I use smart hockey, swedish wood, and just a regular ice puck. The puck doesnt flop around too bad because the floor is pretty smooth.

im using the smart hockey ball on one ofthose hard mats that ofcice chairs roll on..... works great... ball moves real fast....

Never tried these yet, but the Mylec/RDX Pucks are great for smooth floors.

I have a couple swedish balls, but they just feel to light.

Swedish ball, and a Smarthockey ball. After a while the smarthockey ball seems to feel really heavy. I use the swedish ball for quick/soft hands.

smart hockey ball and golf ball with a stick I cut half the blade off of in the entry way of my apartment since the rest is carpet and the kitchen is a little cramped
