Those dudes can still rock! Say what you want about Tommy Lee but he is a talented musician. I sure wouldn't take my kids to a MC show though. I don't think I've heard the F bomb dropped that much since I did some work at the county jail.

Saw them about a month ago. I couldn't hear for a day and a half afterward. Apparently I'm getting old, because it was definitely too loud.

I'm definitely looking forward to seeing them when they come to town....one of the few "hair bands" that I have not seen in my lifetime. They were originally supposed to tour with Aerosmith weren't they? Now that Aerosmith cancelled their tour, I'd love to see the Crue headline.

On a related note....they just announced that a Def Leppard/Journey double bill is coming to town this summer...WHOO-HOO!

I saw them about a month ago too. It was pretty intense all the fire and shit, and it was cool when they came out on bikes. It was great.

When they were here, they were the only group on the bill. They played for about an hour and a half, took a thirty minute break, then played for another hour and a half or so.

Mick Mars creeped me out the whole show. The dude looks rough.

I checked them out at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville Alabama. They were the only band. You are right about Mick Mars. That dude moves like a 90 year old, BUT he can still play the guitar. Tommy Lee was passing bottles of Jeagermeister(sp?) around for the crowd to enjoy.

Not a surprise Mick can't move that well, his bones are all messed up and he gets really stiff. I forget what the name of his disease is, maybe someone can help me out. On a side note, anyone else read "The Dirt"? Motley Crue's autobiography... pretty unreal some of the stories they had in there.

That was Nikki Sixx. Overdosed on heroine in London I think? Then the dealer thought it was a good idea to beat him with a baseball bat to bring him back to life. When that didnt work he got tossed in a dumpster.
