How long is your stick?

This is a huge personal choice, I like my stick short, I am a very fast player so I can use a short stick to my advantage when carry the puck close to me.

You are new to the game right ?

If so I would suggest between your nose and chin, depending on the lie of the blade.

If you have a old road hockey stick or 2 , try different lengths

Just about to my eyebrows on skates. Been using extra long sticks for a while, but recently started experimenting with sticks that come to about my mouth. Not sure I like it.

I'm 5'8" and never cut any of the sticks I buy, also leave the end plugs in.

I like the reach factor. And I think a long stick makes me pass better, too. I can change the angle more and get around players in my way.

my height is however long the stick comes, with the but end in. Im 6'2 and a right winger

I used to like a very short stick but I switched to liking a long stick to keep seperation between me and the puck better. I also seem to have a better shot with the longer stick compared to shorter. The only problem is that my stick handling isnt as good as with a stick below my chin, but its still good enough. Right now I have my stick at my forehead but its all PP.

Standing in socks, I cut mine to the top of my upper lip. Generally speaking I think it's toe on the ground and where the top of your stick reaches.
