Maybe this is stupid, and tell me if I should shut up.

But would it be bad to have a list of good reps for CCM/Graf/Bauer? Cause I wonder if I just got shafted by a really poor regional rep. I dunno, maybe it's wrong of me to judge a gigantic company based on one jerk. But it would be cool to know what regional rep I could go to to get treated like a human being.

K maybe this is an ignorant idea, but if we could share that kind of info, I might almost consider buying a CCM product again (as much as I like my Kors, Kor doesn't make pants, gloves, etc etc etc).

My skates were sent back to the headquarter in NY so this is not the case for regional rep IMO.
