biff44 0 Report post Posted May 6, 2006 Easton, in general, stinks on quality! They are giving this guy a hard time basically because EVERYONE has their sticks fail way too early and they try to abuse the 30 day limit. So anyone with a slightly fishy story gets a hard time.I think what Easton SHOULD DO is to make their sticks tougher! Find some sort of coating or something so that the slightest nick is not going to fail catostrophically during the next game you play! Instead they concentrate ONLY on making their sticks lighter and more expensive every year!

Find some sort of coating or something so that the slightest nick is not going to fail catostrophically during the next game you play! Instead they concentrate ONLY on making their sticks lighter and more expensive every year! Why would Easton do that? People continue to buy Easton sticks. Plus Eston came out with the ST for people who wanted a more durable stick. If the stick has a defect, then I would expect Easton to warranty the stick. But there are a lot of people that abuse their sticks. If you slash your stick over the crossbar of the goal, do you expect Easton to replace it for you?
