how much do your wheels 'jut' out

Hey guys, if you look down the front of your skates, past the toe caps, how far do your wheels stick out? I've been checking around the various hockey websites, and it seems that some brands have their wheels sticking out a fair bit, and some just in line with the toe caps...

any particular position the wheels should be in? I just got a pair of skates, and just wondering whether the chassis is too big.

One big reason for seeing this could be the size of the par of skates that are imaged. As a small frame is gona extrude out more on a size 6 frame making the wheels extrude out more compared to a size 8 with a small frame. With a smaller frame your maneuverability can be a little better and you should be able to make sharper turns.

I have a pair of skates where one front wheel juts out about a half inch further than the other skate. The chassis are mounted poorly. They do not affect my skating much, they are my outdoor skates, and I look at it as an extra challenge.

I can't see my front wheels on my missions, but then again I have size 13 skates. Probably if it was a size 10 they'd be sticking out.

All the companies do it a little different, but Missions are a bit further back than Bauers (what I have)
