Mission skates old vs. new

I have a pair of Mission Amp Fly skates (circa 1999-2000?) that I love, but are pretty much worn out. Is either the Mission S series or L series going to be similar to the feel of the Amp Fly, or am I trying to compare apples to oranges to bananas?

The L would be closer than S.

Thanks, JR. I've skated in the s500, and I'm not sure I like that much freedom in the ankle. L7's are getting pretty cheap - I may have to give them a shot.
