A couple things:

A) the site has too many issues, sometimes I get 500 errors, sometimes I click on an exercise and a different one comes up

B) The program itself that it came up with is pretty lame. Too many exercises per session, too much bodybuilding stuff as far as sets and reps go, not enough whole body strength movements like full squats and deadlifts. Plus they have explosive movements placed in the workout towards the end. Any explosive movement, whether it be plyometrics or an explosive lift, should be done first after a warm-up. Way too much aerobic work as well.

This is one overthought program. Stick with the basics, periodize your program over the year and then periodize your off-season, in-season, pre-season, and post-season workouts.

Joe DeFranco's Westside for Skinny Bastards program is a good off-season program for all sports.
