For those of you that use rockerd blades, how much blade is actually on the ice when you stickhandle? Im just wondering because it seems that almost no blade but like an inch or 2 of the heel is on the ice and i want to make sure im not screwing up somehow

if the "contact point" is only an inch and it's only in the heel, then you're going to have problems receiving passes, losing the puck off the toe when you cut to the net hard etc etc

if you have to used a rockered blade (i guess i'm using a rockered blade right now so whatever), make sure that the lie puts the contact point more in the middle of the blade. should make things go more swimmingly for you.

But thats only when i stickhandle, any other time and its pretty even on the ice
