another small question about vector

Hey is it true that for a vector OPS (blade cutting) you have to flip it on the otherside to fit blade??so on this way you will loose the kickpoint?

u have to flip it to fit a standard blade, but if u cut it in the right place it might accept tapered, nut idk because the shaft is so square
