Best Hockey Workout

Does anyone know of a really good hockey workout that has gotten them the best results in strenght, flexabilty, and cardio? I have been searching online but have not found a workout that will give me all of that.

You have to periodize your training. You can't get fast, strong, build endurance, etc. all at the same time. Build strength, then build power, get in shape anaerobically, etc. Flexibility only matters if lack of it is hindering a hockey movement as far as range of motion goes. Plan your training over the course of a year.
