Trooper 8 Report post Posted July 5, 2006 You have to periodize your training. You can't get fast, strong, build endurance, etc. all at the same time. Build strength, then build power, get in shape anaerobically, etc. Flexibility only matters if lack of it is hindering a hockey movement as far as range of motion goes.
