heel callouses

Apologies if this has been asked before.

I've gone from Micron 10-90s to Bauer 8090s. I'm not experiencing any pain, but I've developed callouses on my heels (the bony part, along the outside bottom of the achilles). What does that say about the way these skates fit/don't fit me?

Do you have mobility in your heel? Not just the standard thing - the heel rising up and down. By mobility I mean is the skate fitting roomy in the hell even if your heels aren't moving up and down?

I don't think the heel is particularly roomy. I don't think I have side-to-side room.

your heel is probbally just moving around

it could just be walking in shoes or barefoot
