Recommended Posts

They cater to different foot styles and shapes. The L7 is more of a traditional shape, stiffer around the ankle, but less forward flex and ankle mobility. The S500 is stiffer in the boot, a little softer in the ankle, but doesn't feel like a soft boot. It allows for more agility.

what about the stiffness, the L7 is stiffer than an L5 rite, and would the L5 be stiffer than my current vapor XI boot(sorry for all the questions but u sound like an expert to me ;) )

L5 is stiffer than what you have now and the L7 is stiffer than the L5 from what I recall. We never stocked the L7s, but sold a bunch of the L5s.

so is the comparison between L5 and L7 like comparing the vapor XX to the XIX, and i wear a 9.5 street shoe does that mean a 9.5 mission skate?

That's close. I wouldn't go exactly by that. I think the L series and S series have different foot types so one might be wider in certain areas than the other, kinda like Supreme and Vapor lines for Bauer. Wider fits can cause some differences in sizing.

Yes on comparing the two models and your size should be the same as bauer or a half size up, depending on how Bauers fit you.
