Rivets/Graf Screws

Can you use the graf screw type rivets on any skate or just grafs? They just seem much stronger than regular rivets.

GRAF's are screwd in rather than riveted. Applying an adhesive like THREADLOCKER from LOCTITE, keeps them in place. Having had several pairs, too my knowledge; answer is no.

Yes, you can put them on other skates but with the right tool. It is a pain because the anchor has a slot.

that and they need a bigger hole also to get the female part in easier

I've had problems with the rivets in my Mission skates loosening over time. Since there's nowhere near me to have them tightened I removed some of them (one at a time) and replaced them with #8 stainless steel machine screws & nuts and a drop of loc tite on the threads.

It's not pretty to look at but works great. I did have to open the holes up a bit.
