So recently i've been hearing about people taking vacations to resorts where they pay like 1,500$ and they get to stay there for a week and they get their food/room/drinks for free after paying this. I've looked at some sites and i've seen this myself. I find it kind of hardto belive that iam going to get free alcohol, has anyone heard of this before? Aslo, any good places i should look at going? Maybe some websites? Thanks guys.

I've been to many places down south, (the Dominican, Cuba etc..) and yes, if your paying the $1500+ you will have what you call "All Inclusive" which yes, means you get free meals, drinks (alcholic included), different activities. There are different websites for different places, and each has there own pro's and con's.

Went to one in Mexico a few years back -- try the RIU hotel chains -- beautifull hotels -- crazy good food -- excellent service --and yes all u can drink for free -- beer did taste watered down :) Think it was 1400--1500 cdn. per person tax included -- from toronto. They have hotels in a few countries.

All Inclusive resorts are the way to go in Mexico. Simply because the food at the restaurants and drinks add up quickly and you can have as much as you want pretty much.

Beaches and Sandals are places like that. I have got hammered quite a few times at the Beaches in Turks and Caicos. Also nice the drinking age is 18. I ended up throwing giant chess pieces into a pool. Quite nice.
