"Toronto blue" helmet

It would be great if someone could help me sort this out.

Am I right if I say that Toronto helmets looks to be a somewhat lighter blue color, compared to their pants wich seems to be darker blue?

Are the pants color called navy, while the helmets are called royal? :huh:

Appreciate any info on this!
