Hello,

I'am trying to build up some body muscle for the upcoming hockey season, and I was just wondering is there anything like pills/shakes that could really help me out? Like something that could help my muscles get bigger and my overall body.

I heard of this product called N.O. Explode and was just wondering if anyone has tryed it before?

Thanks

get your diet in check & steady before you worry about what supps to take. they're just there to suplement, not to do everything.

but if you want some basic essentials: fish oil, green tea extract, & protein are almost always needed.

It's a little late to be building up muscle for the upcoming season.

Protein powders are usually good for building up. I would be a little concerned with the NOXplode stuff, it contains creatine and its not healthy in the long run

when did creatine become bad for you? I must have missed the memo, because its not....

however, i would hold off on buying anything like NO explode (which i wouldn't buy anyways because you can get better products, much cheaper), if you dont have a solid diet and workout program, it wont do you any good. You have to put in alot of work and effort yourself, everything else is just to give you that LITTLE boost to help you reach the best you can be.

if you do end up buying somekind of protien powder, get ON ultimate whey, its one of the best you can get. I would hold off on eveything else though.

also do a search. there is 5000 threads asking the same question.

thats what my local GNC told me

...i'm not even going to touch that one...

people do however take a lot more creatine than they really need to maintain the levels in their body.

Eat 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight, Try to get all of it from food such as, Chicken, Beef, Tuna, Milk, Fish, and Eggs. If your not getting enough start taking protein shakes. Plus train hard!

Anyone who works at GNC is a complete idiot. That is one of the requirements they list on their application I think.
