Bearings and Spacers

dose anyone know an easy way to get bearings and spacers out without cutting up the wheel !

depends. do you have a floating style spacer like this: http://www.inlinewarehouse.com/descpage.html?PCODE=SFBS

or a long sleeved one like this:

OK, for long sleeved I use the part of the tool thats pointing up in the picture. The small allen wrench part goes into the bearing, but the part that is wider is just wide enough so that it only contacts the spacer itself. You just add some pressure and the spacer and opposite bearing pop right out of the other side.
